Increase Fertility
Posted on | December 5, 2008 |
There are many ways to increase fertility, some of which are said to be old wives tales and others that are indeed proven in real human trials. For the sake of this article I will focus on a way to increase fertility that is based on hard facts.
One thing you can be sure of that will indeed increase fertility is to lead a very healthy life; lifestyle habits and dietary intake have a major influence on your health.
There are proven studies that show couples who followed through on their preconception plan showed success rates up to 80% in conquering fertility issues and finally conceiving.
Sometimes you can look for a magic pill, a secret or some information that’s ‘hidden’ from the masses hoping for a one hit wonder fix. I guess mother nature really is the magic pill, you just need to give her a chance. This method will be so in sync with what nature intended you could be pregnant within three short months. It might take that long or a little longer as sperm and ova take that long to reach full maturity.
So investing in your reproductive health every single day could reap massive rewards for you in three months time or maybe even less.
Nutritional levels are vitally important in both females and males when trying to increase fertility and therefore preconception must be followed by both partners. One very important element, if you were to make only one change, is Zinc.
You can easily correct a zinc deficiancy and when you do, sperm health and overall reproductive health could be very much improved. You can check and correct your levels by taking a zinc taste test and discussing adequate dosage with your health store consultant.
I’ve covered only two aspects of increasing fertility, albeit very major ones, however there are many other things that you can do to boost your reproductive health even further. When you bring everything into sync at once you really are well on your way to getting pregnant.
