Unbelievably for some, there are people out there who want to gain weight quickly, looking for the fastest way to gain weight. This is only unbelievable for people who have been thoroughly ingrained by the world’s growing and, sometimes, disturbing preference for skinny people.
Those who are naturally underweight would want to gain some weight; including those who’d want to develop biceps or muscle mass. Some people feel better or would look better with additional weight on. For some, a head-turning body at the beach could motivate them to gain weight. For such varied purpose, whether due to vanity or health concerns, things must be considered before putting on the weight.
The very first consideration that anyone needs to remember is that if they have trouble gaining weight to begin with, they’re different. Maybe you’ll get sleepy in the middle of the workout and head back early. Missing a few curls won’t be so bad, that might be true. But that also means that you did less work, and if you did less work, you’ll probably find that you’re going to gain less strength and, thus, less mass and weight. Not what you want - so eat up and make sure that your body’s got what you need.
Gaining weight is also as important as losing weight. You should maintain the right kind of weight based on your height. Avoid getting way below or above your optimum weight level to keep away from heart conditions and other diseases. The right height and weight proportion propels some people to gain weight quickly and healthily.
Getting stronger, becoming healthier and feeling much better are some of the motivations for people who want to gain weigh the fastest way. And it wouldn’t hurt to look good as a bonus.
