There are also plenty of tattoo supply websites out there that offer everything you will need in order to tattoo. It should be noted that you cannot just purchase the tattoo gun so to speak, but you will also have to purchase a variety of sterile needles and tubes which you must throw away after each use, even if you are practicing on fake skin, still use sterile needles and dispose of properly just to get into the habit.

In conclusion, this article was meant to dispose of the common misconception that you can pick up a tattoo machine and immediately start tattooing people with some basic art skills. This is dangerous and irresponsible thinking and any tattoo artist would be insulted because what they do is a skill that they have learned and perfected through many years of teachings.
